i am suffering from constipation

its almost been a week .what is the remedy for this?

take lots of water... amla juice helps... u can also try guava...if still not relived pls take stool softner as collected stool is not gud for the pregnancy...

increase fluids intake... and eat green veggies.. have fruits (not fruit juice)..in the morning drink warm water..include salads in ur meals.. the more hydrated u r the better..

have pomegranate juice and. best is have sat isabgul dry husk with water. good available at all general store have alternate in nite After dinner

Constipation is common in pregnancy as our digestive system works really slow due to pregnancy harmones. Have lots of fluids there is no short cut to this.<br> Have food which has more fibre vegetables like suran, arbi has more fibre. take at least 2 vegetables per day and let 1 be leafy vegetables.<br> Mix 1 teaspoon of Gulkand in warm milk every night and drink ,it helps a lot. <br> Include cow ghee in your food .<br> When are you having your Iron supplement? Have iron in the morning not in the night because Iron makes the digestion more slow. So iron in the morning and calcium in the night.
