Put hadensa ointment before and after each bowel. It doesnt have any side effects. To cure it,please have plenty of fresh veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water and take healthy complex carbs,and include protein in your diet. Walk for atleast 30 minutes if you have not been advised otherwise. All the best!
