I am suffering from pain in my lower part which is noticed during walking. I am into 5 months completing stage and stay alone with my husband. Pls any one suggest.

Do regular walking for atleast 30 mins if your pregnancy has been normal so far. Keep yourself hydrated and do butterfly and levels for sure. This pain is only going to increase but these exercises can help you manage it!

You should stay hydrated.... Meet your gynecologist if ur pain is unbearable

Little bit of pain is normal in pregnancy, if the pain is unbearable please let your doctor know. If you are dehydrated pain will be there so drink plenty of water and see.
