I am super angry because my mother inlaw intervened my breastfeeding session and gave my baby rice water and doc gave a go today itself. But he was sleeping taking my feed, she came and called him and gave him rice water continously. Not only this she took him in his room, she said I will make him sleep but there she gave him Dalia when it is his first day ..he has not even started dal water. I wanted to give him first spoon of new food but she gave ..so so dominating
I hope my baby can take the Dalia well and doesn't cause any issues

Your baby.. <u>A</u>nd breast milk is the main nutrition till 1 year. Dal water and rice water is just going to fill his stomach as it got less nutrients. Please speak up..

@cool down and take charge.. pls let Ur mom in law know love. Can be expressed otherwise also and that post one yr she can feed what she likes as u are trying to understand if baby is allergies to anything and one thing at a time.

Hey cool down dear . I know it gets really irritating but deep down its love combined with ignorance ..so nonpou t getting angry ..cool , relax and then say that the Baby will take some time for Dalia ..first let's go for Dal and rice water ..I m sure she will say that she knows more than you but thats fine be prepared and you will feel less bad. ..
Have to tackle it after all ..there are various forms of love.; TC

Dalia not good abhi. Tell her that your doctor asked to start with daal ka pani. Also involve your husband and let him talk to her. She will understand more then
