@616da14c8054f30013c5bccd Boil chana overnight and in the morning saute it in little oil with little masalas like salt, dhaniya powder, cumin powder.. switch off the gas..Now in a bowl add finely cut chopped onions with this chana. Add tamarind n pudina chutney.. Add curd..decorate with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes with a pinch of black salt and garnish with coriander.
