I am upset. People often judge me by saying that I am a very strict mom. And expect a lot from children... but in true sense, there is nothing as such. Yes, I want my children to behave good, but I don't try to snatch their childhood.
I feel devastated by getting.such comments about me. How should I deal with this?
Pls someone help.

Anger and frustration is situational. Do not pay attention to the people who judge you. Just relax with yoga , meditation, good food and plenty of water. Support your kids, show love. It's ok to expect your kids to behave. It doesn't mean that you are a bad mom.

In this pandemics peoples are forgetting all humanity because day by day stress levels increase 🙃, plz fellow yoga 🧘‍♂️ for meditation to decrease our stress..

We are might feel this because of the pandemic and people judge us for no reason. Believe in your self that your doing right for your kids. Trust your self. Dont think so much. If you get angry quite often drink enough water. it immediately helps you to cool down. It will help you to find a solution
