question
I am working and I guess I am in the 9th week of pregnancy. I do feel difficult sometimes at workplace managing the morning sickness (dizziness, specifically). At home, I feel tough waking up to cook every morning and getting ready. My mil has arrived but she won't stay for long, don't have any other help salary from her. I feel quite difficult managing everything. How did you all manage? Any tips are welcome!

Hi kaushalya... My first trimester was very difficult.. since I had a history of miscarriages my boss gave me WFH for first 12 weeks... So try and explore the option of flexi work hours of not WFH.. trust me your boss cannot deny this request... For household work I strongly recommend you get help it will help you post delivery too..
For your dizziness pls keep yourself hydrated since summers are here any type of dehydration will not be good for you..; take high protein diet.; Include soaked almonds and walnuts in your diet..
Take good care of yourself

Wow, thanks... I'll keep your tips in mind.. I deal with customers at work and this month end closing is an added stress.. So I have to take frequent breaks to eat or rest... I am not an early riser, a drawback. And after my hubby comes home late by 11 p.m., I have started sleeping very late.. I have plans to appoint a cook as I am not a great cook either.. I guess dry fruits or ripe fruits can come to the rescue...; I need to encourage myself... Thanks for the advice.. Priti Singh!!
