If ur bm is sufficientvthen no need to give fm.

@shalini darling nothing can replace breast milk...; though formula is meant for the babies.. <br> I would suggest; to have more portion of protein ... at least two fruits a day . Check with your doc and take iron calcium supplements ..<br> If you are really tired rather then giving up on breastmilk , express or pump your milk .. and let someone else fees the baby in the meanwhile you may rest .. there are people who are trying hundreds of things just to have sufficient breast milk..; don't give up Also if you feeding let the dadda burp the baby and put him/ her to; sleep it will help building the bond plus give you some free time .. Thanks asha ,; but m feeling very weak <u>doing</u> breastfeeding so many times . so thinking if I can give formula milk as well if it is not harmful.
