I chatted up with mommy on our app @Najiya Naser Ali
and she was awesome enough to share her prenatal yoga class experience. While the trend for such classes is on the rise, most of us #expectingababy might be confused about how exactly these could benefit us.
Najiya says, "Yoga is best as stress buster and during pregnancy your hormones make you go crazy so I think yoga is must to keep us sane and to make healthy bond between us and lil one inside. My basic yoga class cost was 1000rs per month and prenatal yoga class was 1500rs per month. You should look for yoga class where they already #pregnant ladies going or having teachers with experience in handling pregnant women and secondly, my yoga teacher told me to buy birthing ball/gym ball in last trimester and asked to do few simple yoga on it or jus sit on it as it's very good for baby." Check out the links she shared and see if you can use these hacks. https://youtu.be/1EYTWbcrtUE https://youtu.be/jQi9Ejk-TX4 https://youtu.be/A1mn9brmP4I https://youtu.be/VbwLDzn9nCk For more info let us know and we can share more specific tips. #prenatalyoga#yoga#pregnancyyoga#pregnancy#kolkatamoms
