I complete 40 weeks today, since morning baby has been extremely active through out the day with only a few hours of no activity. I have actually felt baby move almost all the time.. the movements are extremely strong and literally feels like baby will tear me apart and come out. it's very different from the normal movements I feel daily. I am worried that is there is a possibility of baby being in any kind of distress? experts pls guide and respond.
