Hey my son had similar thing. I thought it ws diaper rash. But when it didn't subside with creams I checked it with my doc n it ws a mild fungal inf n we applied medicated cream for it. So any rash tht doesn't decrease within few days needs to b examined.

Keep him away from diaper for a while. If baby is feeling irritated then apply himalya rash cream
