I deliverd my baby on 5th sept throught; c-sec.. after how many months can i start workout to loose weight.. also cn i practise zumba to loose weight..??

For vaginal delivery its 3 months but with csection u have to wait. The stiches need time to heal from inside

6 months. After 5th march,; u can start slowly and increase as ur body responds.

Min 40 to 60days u should rest. Depends on ur stitches. If ur exclusively Breastfeeding u vl automatically loose weight. Slowly u can start with walking, after 6 months u can practice any kind of exercises.
