You can join as per your comfort level. Start slow maybe with a walking program or yoga for a couple of months and then graduate to a gym class.

Hi Deepu. I started yoga after 4 months. But it was very slow paced and Not strenuous. You can start going to the gym. But please take it easy. Since you are also breastfeeding you need to conserve energy. Take rest. Go on walks.
