Please stop cows milk immediately. It should not be given to a baby under one year of age. Till you can get your breast feeding issues sorted please use formula either lactogen or Nan which is easily available at local chemist.
Keep latching baby on often, it's only been two days. Milk does not start for the first forty eight to seventy two hours. However if you do not Stimulate often then it will not start. Have the nurse in the hospital help and latch baby every two hours.

please don't give cow's milk. baby's digestive system is not mature enough to digest the nutrients present in it. either use nanpro or lactogen. and breastmilk starts coming after 3-4 days. make sure u keep breastfeeding as much as possible. it will come. don't give up yet pls.

How did you know that you don't have breast milk ? Did your baby latched properly? if not did you tried to hand express and got colostrum ? My baby was in NICU for 5days, they asked me to express milk and give. I hand expressed and got very few drops of colostrum. It was really painful. I continued hand expressing and was giving milk to NICU. But after 2 or 3 days milk production started. Stimulation plays import role. don't worry even if you get very few drops of milk, but do hand express every 2 hours. Else invest in some good quality breast pump. But first, make your baby to latch and suck. if that fails, then go with expressing milk.
