wait for atleast 3 months. dont worry. when you are feeding th child, you are losing the calories also. you can start with walking after couple of <u>days</u>

Don't start now,&#160; wait for more 3-4 months. U can star walking 10 - 15 minutes a day and gradually u can increase. Each of us is different so listen to ur body.

you should wait for few more months and then start with walking first then once you feel your body is ready then you can start gym....
