I delivered my baby on 13th Feb through c section. please tell me about the postnatal diet and care so that I can stay fit forever.

Thank you.. M only taking healthy nutritious diet.. Daliya khichdi papaya chicoo paneer milk etc.. but totally avoided panjiri and ladoo. . taking roasted makhana instead.. my mom in law says that I should drink moti elaichi water but It doesn't suit me and I hate that water as it produces lot of heat rather than quenching my thirst.. please tell is it necessary to drink that?

yes i agree with charu sareen gujjal. righy now dont think of dieting. just eat healthy amd nutritious food

All you need is to eat nutritious food at regular intervals. Keep drinking lots of fluids. Don't think of dieting now. Eat fibrous food, fruits, green veggies. Panjiri and Ladoos if eaten moderately won't harm. If you are breastfeeding, they will surely pass some nutrition to the baby.
