Hi Jyotsana. You took 9 months to put on that weight and nurture your baby in your womb. Give yourself some time to lose the weight too. Breastfeeding is the best way possible to reduce weight. It uses your stored reserves as high calorie milk for your baby. Once you feel better, engage yourself in household chores again. And with consultation of doc you can start yoga too. For now enjoy the first three months getting to know your baby better. You'll find yourself losing all that weight without having to worry about it.
