I don’t drink milk and i m pregnant so after delivery will be there any problem of breastfeeding ?

Have calcium supplements given by doctor religiously..also include curd, paneer and buttermilk in your diet..fruits like banana, apple are also good

Hi Kanika nope not an issue but you need calcium so try taking badam, paneer, cheese, butter, butter milk etc. If you can handle milk shakes then have milkshakes.
