I eat almond anjeer munakka walnut in mrng nd milk then i use to take apple or sometimes curd not daily then i take lunch daal roti sabzi rice sometime i eat only parathaa sabzi then in evning i take milk biscuit namkeen then in dinner i take parathaa sabzi that's it my routine
