When baby uses bottle the suckling action is with pursed lips and on breast it is with flanged lips. Since you are giving a bottle baby has nipple confusion and is suckling at breast with pursed lips which is causing the pain cracks and discomfort. Merely using a cream will just help give you temporary relief. Please see a Lactation specialist so that you baby's latch can be corrected. Also do stop using the bottle. I understand it is difficult but use a vati spoon or medicine dropper to feed the baby and that will help baby to forget the bottle.

It is about first of all being confident about yourself and your body . usually issues with pain in nipples is because the child is usually not latching properly. If the latch position is wrong , the child will latch wrongly and will end up hurting your breasts . hence latching position is very important to get right . Secondly ur milk is enugh unless your doctor or lactation consultant advises u so. so the trick is that always feed on demand. try and not get ur baby onto formula so early. just keep feeding ur baby on demand and she will be totally fine and satisfied. Plz check once ki ur milk is sufficient for her or not... Kabhi kabhi aisa bhi hota hai ki milk ki quantity kam ho jati hai... Milk nhi nikalta proper toh baccha bahut jor jor se feed karta hai.... Lekin milk nhi aata toh..baccha nipples cut karne lagta hai.....
