I feel hungry but cannot eat much and feel pukish all the time. Is this a way to reduce this feeling?

Include lot of hing in your diet, instead of plain water drink jeera boiled or ajwain boiled water it helps in digestion and you will feel like eating. Apply hing mixed with coconut oil and gently rub around your navel in the night and sleep.
