breastfeed with a mask.  make sure you take steam and have ginger, honey tea. 

u can continue breast feedin but remeber to tell ur doctor  tat ur lactating so tat he cn adjust d medicines

do take care of yourself and consult a doctor. as far as feeding the baby is concerned, you can do so. the antibodies in your breastmilk will be safe for the baby and prevent him against any contagious infection .
