question
I feel so embarrassing to ask this but pls help me with its resolution as i don't have any option to share this with anyone else-; I had my ceasarian delivery in the month of December but since then I am unable to control my pee & poo for even a minute.

I asked doctor but she is telling it has no relation with ceasarian... but believe me before that I had never faced this type of issue. For God sake pls suggest how can i control my urine and poo at least till I reach the washroom.

Hey anon!! Pregnancy makes our pelvic bones weak due to which it's not possible to control your pee.. sometimes a slight sneeze also results in leakage.. we have no control over it..
I would advise you to do Kegel exercises.. Kegel exercises can help you prevent or control urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor problems. They strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder. Trust me, it helps.. It also helps in healing process after a tear during childbirth.
It's good for pregnant ladies too.. makes childbirth easier. you can do it anytime anywhere.. sitting, standing, while watching tv.. tighten our pelvic floor muscles for few sec and then release.. repeat this for few sets.. gradually you can increase the time..
Do read up in Google for more detailed procedure..
Don't worry, it happens with most of us.. after all we have gone through so much.. start and all will be good..

It is due to weak sphicters... this may be post anaesthetic effects or even other reasons...pls take second opinion.. it needs detailed examination...
