I feel too much nausea and vomiting. I am not able to have proper food in night time. l am taking medicine both morning and night for vomiting. but during night time it is horrible for me . what to do?

avoid food from outside...Nd it's a normal thing in starting months. don't use fragrance

Hi Ramya, please reduce fragrances and other things that trigger the vomiting. If you're looking for some products, you can also try The Moms Co body wash that has ginger oil. Helped me during the first few months.

It happens, try to avoid foods that triggers your nausea. Eat what you are comfortable eating. Try to avoid too much fragnance or bad smell.

in first trimester it is normal...happened with me too but folic acid tablets helped me a lot...
