I feel very lonely sometimes... And crying alot .. i had alots of stress in office as well as home.. sometimes my hubby is also not understand me and we fight a lot.. pls help

Talk to your immediate boss and try to find a solution by working out for less hours or work from home kind off.<br> Keep yourself involved in your work . I hope you are talking to your baby. Keep that on top most priority . While a lady is pregnant, lot of hormonal changes happen and that does affect our mood .<br> Take it easy .<br> Crying is not the solution as then you are rearing a baby who would be very low on confidence later on.<br> So make the best use of the time, when the child is in your womb, try and talk to your baby, involve the baby in your daily life, and that will give you happiness for sure.<br> Try it out and Smile please

Hi rupal... You need to do 2 things... First speak to your manager and concerned HR and demand flexible work hours.. you are pregnant and they can't deny you. Second... You and your husband plan some "we time".. do what both of you enjoy doing one evening and then do a heart to heart conversation with h your husband... A lot of time we expect other person to behave in a certain manner but we do not express what way we need them to behave. Take care of yourself and your baby!
