Pain in the breast is not normal. It can signify an infection, blocked ducts or even constriction of blood vessels. Please see a Lactation specialist to have this analysed. The size being different on one side happens because probably that is the preferred side of feeding and has been used more often or more intensely. It will settle down once breast feeding has been stopped for a few months.
