I found out that I have fetal hydronephrosis in right side that is increased to 10.1 mm.. m very stressed n tensed about it. I m 32.weeks pregnant now n m worried if the size of obstruct may increase more

Don't be stressed abt it. How much is it in the left? A large number of cases (mild criteria) may undergo resolution. A scan will also be done after baby is born, to see the severity n details of kidneys etc. Management will depend on pathology if any. Hope u have discussed with ur GYN too. T c
