I get so hungry sometimes that I can eat two breakfasts, lunches and dinner.. And add snacks to that too!! So I started making gigantic bowl of Oats for one of the snacks.. I top it with lots of fruits and nuts... It helps.. Atleast for 2 hours it keeps the hunger pangs away!
