On holidays I skipped wearing panty. Will shop for panty liner soon as I hv to wear it to ofc now onwards. I too use bio oil in groin area and that gives that part less friction. Thanks for the suggestion @amrita mallik

Hi
Frequent urination is common but if you feel itchy and irritable please meet ur gynecologist to check if you have any infections. Please stay hydrated.

I was also facing this issue of frequent urination. I was so fed up with it that i stopped to wear the underwear. I wear it only when i am going out or if i have guests at home that too with a panty liner. I make it a point to change the pantyliner or the panty every 2 to 3 hours. And i am using v wash and water to clean the outer hairy area once a day. I skip v wash on days i am not urinating too much. After peeing each time, i pat dry the area with a soft clean cloth. And allow it to air dry for sometime also while taking rest. This way there is no rash or itchiness. Sometimes i apply bio oil to the groin and outer sides of the vulva to keep the skin sufficiently moisturised, as that skin is stretching too and i sometimes feel pressure on the vulva while getting up and moving out of the bed because of the growing gravid uterus.

Don't use v wash. Just clean down there with water properly. And yes panty liners are safe they are just to keep the area dry so that you can change them through out the day. If you are OK without them then also it's OK. The idea is just to keep the area dry so that any infection don't happen. Changing undergarments is also OK
