I got a lot of advice on why we should or shouldn't get my toddler's head shaven.
Some said you must get it done to get good hair growth and the other school said it doesn't matter --hair growth is genetic.
What's your take on it?

Have noticed kids in my family has good hair growth after headshave. My daughter is 11months old we haven't yet done her head shave....will do it after one year... Actually we are worried what if she gets hurt as she was not ready for her first haircut

My doctor asked to head shave... The birth hairs will be thin and itchy. Anyhow it will fall off. Once you shave.. you will get uniform growth. Many say, there is no link between hair growth and shaving. But in many cases.. I have seen good hairs after shaving. I just did for my gal once..when she was 11 months. Now she don't want to.
