I got blood transfusion twice one during pregnancy and once post delivery

today again I got reddishness in my palm and itching there
please suggest is it happened with anyone

In mine case I was having typhoid fever in 5 month that's why my health effect drastically and I am acidic patient too

plz tel me.. im carrying twins.. and my haemoglobin is 10.3 nw.. mine 3rd mnth had started.. so is the case to worry?

Mine during pregnancy 8.5 at the time of c section it was 9.4 and post delivery 7.1 then my doctor transfuse one more unit
