I got my first purchase from babychakra on Monday. I had ordered Super bottoms AIO plus cloth diaper 'horn ok please' . But I got AIO plus 'Utsav' instead. I called babychakra customer care and the person on the other side told me to wait so he can check on the order. He checked, came back and told me that he will arrange the pickup tomorrow and will convey the message to the vendor to send the correct item.

Next day I returned the product in the morning. Till afternoon I got an email saying your request for exchange is in the process and you will get your product as soon as possible. and the next afternoon I got what I wanted.

The process was so fast, response was so quick. I am really happy with their quickness and the way they handle their customers. They talk very nicely, calmly...and keep you updated at every step. That guy even replied to my thank you email.

As it was my first experience of shopping with Babychakra, I would like to say it was completely satisfying and worth looking forward to.
