Mild light slightly heavier are normal. However the color black should be checked by the doctor.

hie even I got my periods after my ç section.I didn't even know when the lochia stopped n my periods started but they are regular since December n I got my baby in October. Till date there's no day wen I can say that there wasn't a single stain of blood. unlike periods Im getting stains of blood yet but periods yes at proper intervals of a month.I also have copper t fixed at the time of my c-section. I at times feel it might b coz of DAT but m not sure.
