I got my ultrasound done today at 19weeks but in report it says there is a mild unilateral feral pelviectasis in right renal pelvis measuring 4.8mm with normal renal parenchymal texture and no dilation of the calyceal system as yet....; pizzzzz help me I am so much worried

Usually it's minor... Should resolve.. Needs to be followed up on USG and when baby is born baby will be screened again clinically and a neonatal USG if required

Don't worry. In majority cases it wil resolve. Your doctor will keep a watch on this finding to see if it is progressing.
