I got this much dark line one day before expected periods ,that too using the afternoon urine .Can I be pregnant with twins acc to this ?

You are pregnant congratulations , This does not mean you are pregnant with twins, The scan report will show how many fetus you are carrying. Consult gynecologist soon.
