I had a c section delivery on 7th June.. please suggest how can I recover fast from my joints and back pain... I can’t sleep straight.. if I sleep straight I can’t wake up easily ... please suggest

M taking my calcium supplements daily & two glasses milk.. now I have started eggs too but I m not able breast feed my baby properly .. still no recovery 😔

Make sure you're taking your calcium supplements, as baby's breast milk is formed from the calcium in your body, and that can cause your bones to become weak. When you lie down straight, always turn to the side and then get up, don't sit up directly from lying down position. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and have a glass of milk daily. The pain after a caeserean subsides a lot after 6 weeks, that is mid-july for you, but some discomfort may stay till 6 months. Don't rest too much, do work around the house, go for walks..but don't do any exercises till 2 months, after that you can start.
