I had abortion in dec due to low fetal heartbeat it was 103bmp at 6weeks and after 1 week there was no heart beat and again in Jan I got conceived now in 6 weeks 5 days it is 130bmp and dr said to come on 15 Feb for another scan even I'm feeling mild abdomen pain also is it anything to worry I'm really so tensed plzzz reply for this mam
