I had c-section on 6th december. I m still having postpartam bleeding. Now the bleeding is not heavy and it's brown in color. I consulted with my doctor he told me that it can be becz of placental retention or hypothyroidism( TSH- 2.92). He has prescrible Cosclot tablets for 10 days and asked me to perform a Transvaginal usg after 10 days. My CBC report is normal and hemoglobin level is 9.7 now. Please tell me what are the possible health threats i can face becz of placental retention? Expert advise needed. @Dr Shilpitha Singh
