I had check up and doctor suggested me to take steroids injection in my next month since I have an history of 3 miscarriages. Please let me know if it is safe for baby's growth and not harmful even after delivery with this steroid injection.

No.. it will not affect. Don't worry. Sometimes gyno will suggest some vaginal tablets to insert in early stages.. and sometimes... injection. All this to keep your pregnancy safe. Trust your gyno.
