I had fever 3 days back so have been on antibiotics since 2 days. Since then whenever I feed my lo he seem to get hungry again immediately. I also think that he is getting colicky as he is passing a lot of gas. I confirmed with my gynaecologist she said I can continue to feed him even if I'm on medicines. Should I put him on top feed till the time I'm on medicines?
