yes madhura, cud be gas. at this stage constipation, uneasiness, dizziness, gas are a part of pregnancy. make sure u r hydrated well. u can take cold milk to ease of any gas issue. cold milk helped me a lot. also keep urself hydrated. have fruits and juices. eat nutritious food.
