I had first sonography. growth is normal cardiac activity is also present. but i am experiencing pain in sides of stomach. can it be because of gas? pls guide me

usually pain will be present in initial days... so, no need to worry.. as you mentioned, you had a normal USG, then it is not an issue... and usually pain in epigastric region suggests gas...
