I had given birth to a baby boy 2 months back with normal delivery... My doctor has permitted me to do all kinds of excercises except weight lifting... I used to do yoga before delivery on regular basis. I tried to do some belly excercises like crunches, cycling etc. But i notice little pain in my lower abdomen so i stop doing it....when will i be able to do all belly excercises comfortably?
