question
I had my 38+ weeks Ultrasound and was told that their is nearly no amniotic fluid left. Althogh I could still fell the baby movement well and stronger at times.

I just want to know if dehydration has immediate effect on amniotic fluid.

As I did 1.5 hours of yoga in morning with only 750 ml of water finished and went walking to the scan center sweating where i sat for another 1 hour feeling very thirsty but nothing to drink.

Could this affect ultrasound reports?

Any gynac here for inputs?

Dr. Shilpitha

hello..<br> its really a very big risk if the fluid in not left.. if you were dehydrated then it doesnt mean it will immediately affect fluid level.. it needs to be diagnosed well.. otherwise complicates the baby's condition.. meet your doctor asap..
