I had my c -section on 15th march. I am having knees pain after that.  please help me how I can heal my body. Also wanna do aome post natal exercises.  Please advice.

Hi tanushree! Consult doctor for the pain. It could be weak joints or weight. Try some easy leg strengthening at home. Do leg raises while sitting erect on a chair. 3 reps of 30 to start with and gradually increase. Similarly do calf raises. Hold the back of the chair for support and slowly raise your self on your toes hold for 5 breaths and come down slowly. Repeat 10 times thrice or till you get tired. Slowly your legs will get stronger and then you can start taking walks. Tc :)
