I had my internal checkup done yesterday, as per the doc I've dilated 1cm and rest everything is ok, can anyone suggest till when can I expect the delivery? feeling heaviness in pelvic area and the weight is taking a toll on me as the bump has came down. Any suggestions or precautions anyone would like to advise?

if it is your first baby, then normally progress can be seen with in 5-7days.. if it is second gravida, then with in 5days there will be progress..
