i had my last periods on dec 28.. dis month it hasnt come yet.. i wanted to gt copper t inserted.. n doc said need to wait aftr my periods she ll.. hw long should i wait.. ?? periods r uncertain while bf..

If you are a new mother the period can be irregular. The doctor wants to wait till after the period as then the cervix is soft and hence easier to insert the copper T. If you are worried about contraception then discuss with your doctor and have it inserted.
