i had my normal delivery and i got stiches and till now my stiches r hurting me all 3mnts had cmpted of my delivery i consuled dr she said vaginal hematoma i had she is saying she will dissolve the blood granules It will be painful a no medicine for it adr sais no medicine so plz suggest wat to do

It's a small procedure which is done in the doctor's clinic itself. As the doctor has suggested she will dissolve the blood granules. She could give you a local anesthetic for the procedure.

Seek a second opinion as in most situations the hematoma can be removed.
