I have 2 years 9 month old son. who is born premature at 7 months.His weight is 11 kg from last one year. and still his speech is not clear. and he doesn't like to eat anything. He speaks very very few words. I am extremely helpless and tensed. I need an excellent day care cum play school .I want a extremely caring, nourishing environment for him. kindly help me .i will be thankful from the core of my heart.
