If the baby is not bothered then you can. relax. However if the baby is uncomfortable with the flow then you can follow these suggestions ;<br> 1. Express for a few minutes before latching baby on as this would exhaust the initial let down.<br> 2. Feed baby in an upright position.<br> 3. If both above do not work and baby is very uncomfortable then express milk and feed with vati and spoon.
